Rukshar is an attorney from Afghanistan. She received her LL.M. in U.S. law from Antonin Scalia Law School (George Mason University) in May 2025 and will sit for the Virginia bar in February 2026. Rukhsar joined the firm in January 2022. She is responsible for most of our estate planning document drafting and trust funding.

Rukhsar is originally from Kabul, Afghanistan. She obtained an LL.B in Law from American University of Afghanistan and a B.A. in English Literature from Kabul Education University. She is currently pursuing an LL.M in U.S Law at George Mason Law School.

She is fluent in Dari, Pashto, Urdu, Hindi and Turkish.
